I can't wait to meet you,

My name is Savannah but, my friends and clients call me Sav! I am a Oak Island and Wilmington, NC photographer and the lady behind everything you see here! I am a wife, fur mama, world traveler, and purebred Canadian! You can catch me shelling on the beach, searching for the best iced Matcha, cuddling with my fur babies, or planning my next trip. I love capturing all my clients and their unique stories. I do this by incorporating each client's personality and vision into each session. I am a candid based photographer and I will walk you through every step during our time together and ensure that you are comfortable throughout your session so stop worrying about what to do with your arms, being awkward, or if your kiddo is going to be in a perfect mood. I love using a patient and calm approach to capturing your memories.

"Savannah was THE easiest pick when I was scrolling through local photographers to capture our growing family in a place we love. Her candid shots and editing style were EXACTLY what I envisioned.

We have now done 3 sessions with Savannah - 2 small family sessions and 1 LARGE session (20 people!) and we couldn’t be more happy with our photos and the experience from start to finish.

It’s quick and easy to book, she sends a beautiful welcome packet outlining the best locations and outfit inspo, she communicates multiple times before the session, and always arrives early.

During the session Savannah naturally poses and prompts you so you never feel awkward or unsure of what to do.

At one of our sessions, our baby was covered head to toe in a bright red RASH and fussed 80% of the shoot.. Savannah didn’t bat an eye and we laughed through the whole session. I wasn’t even worried about it after the shoot because I KNEW she would work some kind of magic and we would still be happy with the outcome! And we were - the pictures turned out beautiful despite the less than ideal circumstance.. and she perfectly edited my daughters rash ;)
